With the IES Event Manager, receive automated e-mail or fax notification of changed shipment events. Easily determine which changed events require critical attention. Monitor these events by business line, for multiple companies or for specific companies. Was the container loaded on the vessel? Did the vessel arrival date change? Did the flight depart? Did the piece count change on the warehouse receipt? Did the ready date change on the purchase order? Was the manifest printed? Did Customs clear the shipment? Was the pick-up requested?

Select key events from a menu of statuses including: Booking Confirmed, Bill of Lading Released, Container Sealed, Loaded on Vessel, Arrived in Port, Customs
Released, Pre-Alert Sent or create a custom event.

Establish events only once, and the IES Event Manager will continuously track these events without any further action. Track record-level booking, shipment and warehouse changes and field-level changes including what other conditions need to exist when the changed event occurs.

Send notifications by fax or e-mail to the standard shipment parties such including account, carrier, consignee, forwarder, foreign agent, notify party and shipper. Quickly and easily add additional parties from an existing IES contact database or from your company. Send the information in the desired format, html or text, and layout using the IES document editor.

Attach documents to the notify message, if needed. Increase the value by requiring the user's response to changes in the shipment record. The pop-up message includes a drag and drop menu of quick responses, or add responses as needed. IES Event Manager messages detail the new event status, the previous event status and, if requested, the reason for the change. Adding the IES Web Tracking offers users the additional functionality to quickly and easily track purchase orders through a link in the e-mail notification.

View the detailed audit log of changed events from the shipment record including user 10, date and time stamp as well as view all e-mailed notifications.
