Receive purchase orders electronically via EDI 850, XML or flat file .csv. The audit log displays any changes that are received electronically and changes made in the system. Assign purchase orders to the pre-populated warehouse receipt that is already configured with a unique with the easy-to-configure warehouse layout subdivided into warehouse number, section, row, rack and all the way down to the bin. Easily accommodate standard packaging, assembly and overpack requests. Scan items into the desired overpack unit and attached to the generated overpack manifest. Assign the container, purchase orders and warehouse receipt to the bill of lading and build the load plan. As inventory is placed on the load plan, the container utilization percentages-- eliminating complex manual calculations. The consolidation warehouse scans the bar code on the container load sheet to initiate the loading of the container. As the commodities are scanned into the container according to the load plan, each SKU populates the system for verification. Automated e-mail messages notify key parties when cargo is received, when purchase orders are ready, missing ready dates or are withdrawn, PO shipment. Activity, inventory aging, on hand reports apprise management of the information are all easily accessible to better manage distribution.
