The Air Automated Manifest System, Air AMS, allows you to file your cargo manifest information in advance of arrival with US Customs and Border Protection and provides the ability to review cargo status messages received from CBP.

As the first Ocean and Air AMS vendor approved by the CBP, IES is dedicated to simplifying compliance with the ever-changing CBP Trade Act regulations. File air waybills securely online 24/7 to fully comply with regulations, while controlling declarations and maintaining normal cargo transit schedules. Manage master, house and direct air waybills, arrivals and in-bond activities. Minimize effort by populating the fields using databases of frequently used and repetitive information such as: shipper, consignees, intermediate and notify parties. Sensitive manifest information is transferred directly to US Customs with encrypted shipper and consignee information and cargo is authorized to move. Receive CBP confirmation minutes, after submission.

Receive electronic cargo status notification as soon as CBP is notified that the flight has departed from the last foreign port or the flight has been arrived by CBP. Additional air carrier status information is available through IES' partnership with INTTRA.

Powerful search functionality locates existing air waybills by bill number, flight number, ETA or Customs status, queries Customs, finds freight status notifications, browses flights not departed or flight history and accesses frequently asked questions about CBP's AirAMS program.

View a summary by Customs status to see the number of files submitted, in failed edit status, rejected, not submitted, deleted and in warning status to help monitor volume and highlight filing errors.

Implement in a matter of days using the intuitive Web interface or use flexible EDI, XML and flat file adapters to integrate directly with your current systems. Avoid the costs of implementing and managing your own system or paying exorbitant fees to the carriers. Join over 200 forwarders around the world who successfully send 10,000 encrypted transactions per day to CBP using IES' Web portal.
